To apply for an Ocean Broadband service, print and complete the Ocean Broadband Application Form

• If you are eligible for ABG subsidy: Ocean Broadband ABG Application Form, or
• If you are not eligible for ABG subsidy: Ocean Broadband Standard Application Form

By signing the application form, you indicate that you accept the terms of the following documents:

• Customer Relationship Agreement
  • If you are eligible for ABG subsidy: ABG Customer Relationship Agreement, or
  • If you are not eligible for ABG subsidy: Standard Customer Relationship Agreement
• Acceptable Use Policy
• Privacy Policy

You can use the Australian Government's Broadband Service Locator to check whether you qualify under ABG.
